John Boddy Homes in Pickering is officially known as 'Forestbrook Community'. Located in the 'Liverpool Neighbourhood' and spilling over slightly into the 'Dunbarton Neighbourhood' on the Fairport Road side. The development began in approximately 1984, possession taking place starting in 1985 with a number of phases over the years. The streets in the development on the south side of Finch Avenue are Mountcastle Crescent, Redbird Crescent, Huntsmill Drive, Eagleview Drive, Silver Spruce Drive, Brookshire Square, Gablehurst Crescent, Heathside Crescent, Longbow Drive, Echo Point Court, Rambleberry Avenue, Glenanna Road, Fairport Road. On the North side of Finch Avenue, John Boddy Homes are located on Alanbury Crescent, Blairwood Court and Lynn Heights Drive. Forestbrook Estates are also located on the North side of Finch Avenue on Duncannon Drive and Grafton Court.
 

As a 30 year area resident of the Forestbrook Community, I take great pride in the buying and selling of homes in this neighbourhood, and my ability to share my knowledge and expertise.
