Many of you know I work the whole of Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Port Perry, Uxbridge), Clarington (Courtice, Bowmanville & the Hamlets north of Bowmanville), York Region (including as far north as Mount Albert, East Gwillimbury Communities…and I would happily go to Keswick if needed, Scarborough (I am a Scarborough girl), Greater Toronto/Waterfront Community Condo’s. I will happily go further east into Newcastle, Cobourg and Port Hope if you need me. Anywhere in Toronto works as well if you need me.

I am licensed in the Province of Ontario so just run it by me to see if I am qualified to work in any area you are considering. Meaning do I know that area well enough to guide you to the right choice! Otherwise, I have a network of preferred agents to refer you to for anything including cottage country, out of province and country. Any agent I refer you to, or if you refer people to me…it’s an extra level of responsibility for that person or myself to work that much harder and provide the best service possible because of that connection. Not that I don’t offer my very best to every single client, but I have more people to answer to when it's a referral!

Frankly I am more concerned with the agents I refer to, not me. My service level is very consistent ;)
